We assess the risks associated with our activities, ensure that personnel are competent to carry out the tasks assigned to them, ensuring that plant and equipment is safe. We then monitor our performance on an ongoing basis, in order to improve it. Procedures are in place to report and investigate all accidents. We always work together with others on site to make sure it is a safe place of work.

Safety is not a static issue. Constant reviews take place to our systems to improve them. We consult with the workforce to get their point of view. The Board of Directors reviews health & safety at EVERY meeting.

We have established a pro-active approach to safety, to reduce incidents to less than one per million man hours worked.
